Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung has come back in action with their 4-0 victory over Sunderland on the Boxing Day. After spending a long time out of the squad due to knee injury, the South Korean international has been back with his impressive form intact. Since his joining the club in 2005, Park has been impressive so far with his tremendous skill in moving and passing the ball. He is one of those few Asian players who are playing with sheer consistency in English premier league. He missed the whole season of Manchester United as he was out of the squad since last March.

Park Ji-sung was brought on as substitute against Sunderland and played more than half an hour in the match. Manger Sir Alex Ferguson has been full of praise for this midfielder saying that he was delighted with Park’s performance in the match. Terming Park a natural mover, Ferguson has also added that Park has a great talent of moving in field. It is true that Park Ji-sung has a great stamina which helps him running throughout 90 minutes in the same strength and power.

It was earlier thought that if he will be able to come back with his great form. He has already proved his worth once again in the last match. Now, the question comes if Park Ji-sung will be given a place in the starting line up of Manchester United in their upcoming showdown against West Ham United.

There is no doubt that Park has to face some strong challenges to claim a place in the starting eleven now as there are some more talented midfielder in the squad. Owen Hargreaves, Anderson and Nani are now the strong contenders to get into the starting line up of Manchester United.
