New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys Favorites in Betting Sites to Play Super Bowl XLII

The divisional playoff round of NFL is set to be started from Saturday with a match from both NFC and AFC. On Sunday, two more matches will be held to determine the championships teams, who will be fighting for the championship titles. So, six more matches yet to go to decide which team are going to play Super Bowl XLII. However, according to betting sites, undefeated New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys are most favorites to play the Super Bowl 2008. Green Bay Packers comes second in the list of favorites to win the NFC championship after Cowboys, whereas defending champion of Super Bowl Indianapolis Colts are the second most favorite to win the AFC championship after Patriots.

The Cowboys are the ultimate favorite to win the NFC Championship with odds sitting at 4/5 and the Patriots are listed with betting odds 4/9 to win the AFC title. The New England Patriots, however, remain the undisputed favorite to win the 2008 Super Bowl with odds 2/3 at the bookmaker.

Well, the odds can not change anything because at the end of the day, players will have to prove their worth to progress to the next round. There are now eight teams who are now eligible to win the Super Bowl XLII and one of the eight teams will lift the Super Bowl title in 2008. The team who are going to win the title is now only three matches away to win the most prestigious title of American football. Now, let us see who are going to become the Champion of Super Bowl XLII.
