Sunderland vs Manchester United: Rio Ferdinand and Owen Hargreaves to Come Back

Manchester Untied fans can cheer on as there are two good news for Manchester Untied ahead of their upcoming EPL match against Sunderland. Midfielder Owen Hargreaves and defender Rio Ferdinand are expected to be fit before they take on Sunderland. The two key players missed their 2-1 victory over Everton last weekend.

Manager Sir Alex Ferguson is hopeful for both Rio Ferdinand and Owen Hargreaves to be fit to take part in the Sunderland match. Ferguson has also indicated that he will bring some changes against Sunderland. The good news for Alex Ferguson is that South Korean midfielder Park Ji-sung is also ready to come back with this match. Park has been out for a long time because of his injury. He joined team’s training 3 weeks ago.

However, regular goal keeper Edwin van der Sar will definitely miss the match against Sunderland due to his groin injury. Tomasz Kuszczak will stand in the goal bar on the absence of the Dutch goal keeper. So, Manchester United will not have to worry for goalkeeping.

With the return of Rio Ferdinand and Owen Hargreaves, Manchester Untied will have lot more options available to choose form ahead of their tie with Sunderland. Now the question comes here is that if Rio Ferdinand and Owen Hargreaves will be able to help Manchester United to outperform Sunderland?
