Good Times for Bojan Krkic

Bojan Krkic is not a stranger anymore to the Barcelona football circle. The seventeen year old has been called in by the Catalonian national team. Goal.com reports:

The half-Serb player was born in Lleida and is eligible for both Catalan and Spanish international recognition, having already played at virtually all youth levels for the Furia Roja at the age of 17.

Now, he joins five of his Barcelona teammates in the squad that will hope to improve on the 2-2 draw that they had with the Basques last October.

Carles Puyol has not been confirmed to play in the team but coach, Pere Gratacós is expecting him in the team. He said that Carles was very excited after he heard that he would play for the team.

This year, there are six FC Barcelona players in the Catalonian National team. Two of the players have come from Deportivo La Coruna, Almeria and Gimnastic de Tarragona, Real Zaragoza, and Getafe CE Manresa.
