Top Ten Test Batsmen of ICC ranking

Indian little master Sachin Tendulkar is just few runs away to overhaul West Indian batting great Brian Lara’s highest-run Test record. He needs just 172 runs to break the record and reach his new achievement. Now, India team is in Sri Lanka to play three-match Test series. It is quite sure that he will break the record but the question is that how long it takes for him to reach another milestone. The latest ICC Test ranking has been released where Indian batting sensation Sachin Tendulkar taking 13th position along with England right-hand batsman Ian Bell which is issued on Tuesday. He remains the highest-ranked Indian batsman. Ian Bell’s career best 199 in the drawn first Test match against South Africa helps to fight the spot. Rahul Dravid, Virender Sehwag, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman slipped a step each. Sri Lankan wicketkeeper cum batsman Kumar Sangakkara is ahead of West Indian batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul who is taking second position in Test ranking.
