Sachin ruled out from tri-nation series for groin injury

Indian selectors have already announced their team ahead of the up coming tri-nation series and Asia Cup tournament where you can see lot of new faces. However, the sad news is that little master 'Sachin Tendular' has been ruled out from the squad for his groin injury. Mumbai Indians captain Sachin Tendulkar also missed his team's first seven matches in the Indian Premier League because of his injury. Mumbai Indians physiotherapist, Mr Nitin Patel, has declared that Sachin has not yet sufficient from his groin injury. It is true that Indian cricket team will suffer a lot because of his absence. It is also known to all cricket fans that India team has strong batting side and they don't have to suffer lack of batsmen. It is the time to see who will replace his position in the national side.
The Statemen reported:

The five-member selection panel led by Mr Dilip Vengsarkar will also have to decide on the fates of senior players Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly. The two former India skippers were not picked for the previous One-Day Internationals series played by the team: a triangular one in Australia that India won for the first time - and by a comprehensive 2-0 margin - subduing the reigning world champions.
A lot will depend on what ODI captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni wants, along with inputs from the coach, Mr Gary Kirsten. The duo is scheduled to attend the meeting at the BCCI's headquarters here.

Two big name and most successful captains in India team 'Sourav Ganguly' and 'Rahul Dravid' are also missing from the squad. However, their performance in the ongoing IPL tournament failed to satisfy Indian selectors. This is also true that this batting duo is more experienced. Sourav Ganguly played well in both Bangladesh and Pakistan tours in the past. So, selectors should think again to make place for this left-hander in the national side. MS Dhoni will lead the ODI team.
