The 27 year old off-spinner has already been banned by the Indian Premier League after slapping his team mate Sreesanth for the rest of its on going T20 tournament.
However, he had apologized to Sreesanth for this behaves after the incident in Mohali.
BCCI commissioner Sudhir Nanavati got good response from both Sreesanth and Harbhajan.
Now, report will submit on Sunday.
