Portsmouth coach is happy with the way things are going for the club this season. However, I am not too sure that he was so happy when Portsmouth suffered a heavy blow against Liverpool in the last match in EPL. In fact, Portsmouth suffered a humiliating 1-4 defeat in that match.
You may say that it was an away match for Portsmouth. Well, the performance at home for Portsmouth is not something to celebrate. In fact, Portsmouth has won just 2 out 8 matches they played in home so far. This is where Arsenal is so dangerous. Arsenal has just lost once in 8 matches played away so far.
Arsenal has to win this match to ensure its continuous presence at the top of the table. On the other hand, a draw will be enough to satisfy Portsmouth fans. Both Chelsea and Manchester United are playing well too and have kept total pressure on Arsenal this season.
