Everton is now in an impressive run at this moment in English premier league. In their last five EPL matches, Everton lost only once which was against Manchester Untied. This is their only defeat in their last 15 matches in all competition. After some early setbacks, Everton has bounced back in premiership. So, they are now aiming to finish the season 5th which will ensure their place in the UEFA Cup next season.

Everton take on Arsenal in the Saturday’s late night kick off. Second place Arsenal will travel to Goodison Park with the hope to return to the habit of wining. Having made a goalless draw against Portsmouth in their midweek tie, Arsenal has been dropped to the second place in the league standing as Manchester United continued their winning run with a 4-0 thrashing victory at Sunderland. So, Everton can expect a tough challenge from Arsenal on the Saturday meeting.

Everton has nothing but some injury woes at this moment. However, those injury problems are enough to make their manager David Moyes worried. Everton may miss their Captain Phil Neville and on-loan midfielder Thomas Gravesen. Phil Neville is yet to recover from his stomach problem whereas Thomas Gravesen has got a knock on his knee in their 2-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers. However, manager David Moyes is waiting for a late decision. However, Leon Osman, Lighton Baines, Alan Stubbs and Iain Turner will certainly miss the match against Arsenal as they are yet to recover from their injuries.

No doubt, Phil Neville and Thomas Gravesen are two of their key players in the midfield. So, their absence will create a void in the Everton midfield. So, at this moment Everton fans should pray for these two midfielders so that they become fit before the kick off their Saturday clash against Arsenal.
