Barcelona vs Real Madrid: Iker Casillas Says the Pressure is on Barcelona

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has recently said that Real Madrid can win over Barcelona even if Lionel Messi appears in the el classico match. You know that Barcelona will take on Real Madrid in the upcoming match of La Liga on Sunday. Though he has insisted that Real Madrid will go to Camp Nou with the idea of winning the match, a draw will not be bad either. Saying that the pressure is now on Barcelona, this talented goal keeper has said that they need not to give so much focus on the injury of Lionel Messi.

This veteran goal keeper has been playing for Real Madrid since 1999. He is now 26 and has already played 265 matches for Real Madrid so far. So, he has the potential to become another legend of Real Madrid club. So, it is obvious that Iker Casillas is very experienced and has the ability to perform in high profile matches.

Real Madrid is now leading the league point table with 38 points to their credit. Barcelona stands second with 34 points. So, the upcoming clash between these two title contenders has a great importance to both the clubs. Real Madrid must wish to see Iker Casillas appearing with his prime form in this weekend’s el clasico.
