Barcelona vs Real Madrid: Guti Likely to Miss the Barcelona Clash

Barcelona vs Real Madrid clash of this weekend is now the main attraction of the football world. The two Spanish giant will face each other in a crucial match of La Liga this season. Real Madrid now leads the league point table with 38 points. Second placed Barcelona has 34 points to their credit so far. Both the clubs are strong contenders of this season’s championship title.

This is the most highlighted match of the coming week and fans are eagerly waiting for a mouth watering match between these two rivals. Barcelona’s Lionel Messi will miss the match due to injury whereas Thierry Henry and Edmilson have just recovered from injury. Now, report has it that Real Madrid’s midfielder Guti may be ruled out of Real Madrid’s clash with Barcelona. Guti has suffered a stain ligament in his right ankle and will be under the close monitoring of the medical stuff of the club till the match day.

Though in the last few matches he was not in the starting line up of Real Madrid, Guti’s injury will bring an imbalance in the squad. The veteran member has already appeared in 311 matches so far for Real Madrid. So, he could play a vital role with his immense experience.
