This is an interesting scenario and for the first time, all the three actors of this drama have found themselves in the same kind of difficult condition. First there is PCB who is suffering a lot because Pakistan has been branded as a country where security is a big problem. So, most countries do not want to visit Pakistan. It has a seriously affected the revenue potential of PCB. Then there is Indian cricket league or ICL who are yet to get any kind of cognition from ICC. So, you might think that BCCI is luckier compared to the first two. Well, they are now in a difficult position too.
