Squad of Bangladesh team in Asia Cup series

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the final squad for the upcoming Asia Cup series in Pakistan. You may be shocked to know that Bangladeshi hard hitter batsman Aftab Ahmed is missing from the squad for his finger injury. Reserved player Alok Kapali has replaced Aftab Ahmed. Being some missing of big names we can see BCB tried their best to make their best possible team. New face medium pace bowler Dollar Mahmud has become successful to catch the attention of selectors. So, he is also waiting to make his debut if he fails in Tri-Nation series. Good news is that young talented Mushfiqur Rahim has been selected showing his best performance in the premier League.

You already know that Asia Cup series will start from June 24 this year. Bangladesh is in Pool-A with Sri Lanka and UAE. They will play two ODIs and if they step up two second round then they can face India and Pakistan.

Bangladesh Squad for Asia Cup: Mohammad Ashraful (Captain), Mashrafe Bin Mortaza (Vice Captain), Mahmudullah Riyad, Tamim Iqbal, Aftab Ahmed, Abdur Razzak, Farhad Reza, Shahriar Nafees Ahmed, Nazim Uddin, Roqibul Hassan, Shahadat Hossain, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mehrab Hossain (Jr.), Dollar Mahmud and Musharraf Hossain.
