Asia Cup series 2008: "Sachin Tendular" the name of uncertainty in Indian cricket

Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar had been ruled out from tri-series in Bangladesh. Now, we also miss him seeing in Asia cup too for his groin injury which left him out side the field for long time. The physio of the Mumbai Indians team, Nitin Patel, in his report had advised the BCCI to rest the Tendulkar because of a chronic groin disease. Because of his groin injury he missed the second and third Tests against South Africa in April and the first 7 T20 matches in the inaugural IPL. This 35 year old batting maestro has more than 16,000 runs in ODI cricket and hope he can play for several few years for India team and increase his record.

Cricinfo reported: Tendulkar was instrumental in India winning the tri-series in Australia earlier this year, scoring an unbeaten 117 and 91 in the best-of-three finals. His IPL form, after missing Mumbai Indians' first seven games, hasn't been as good, with 188 runs at an average of 31.33 and strike-rate of 106.

Newest cricket format T20 is not pure cricket and veteran players like Sourav and Dravid failed to suit with this game. MS Dhoni’s India is full of new and inexperienced players where Indian batting tri is missing. Now, they also got defeat to old foe Pakistan team in the final match of tri-nation series.

Can MS Dhoni’s India snatch the title award of Asia cup?
