Luke Wright reject IPL to make debut in Test

After English player Ravi Bopara, Sussex all rounder Luke Wright has rejected the chance of joining the multimillionaire inaugural Indian Premier League.

The 23 year old player was very pleased to be considered for the IPL. But his main goal is playing for country.

This news was announced by Luke Wright’s county club Sussex a day before when this all rounder was supposed to play for England Lions line-up against the touring New Zealanders. He is keen to prove his talent in the oldest form of Test cricket.

Luke Wright has 1186 runs in the 36 first-class matches at an average of 30.41. He made his debut in ODI against India for his team. Now, it is time to see him in Test cricket.
