Australia vs India 1st Test 2007: Is Melbourne Cricket Ground the lucky for Australia?

Indian cricket team is now in Australia. They are taking hard preparation ahead of the 1st test which will take place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on 26 December. India vs Australia 1st Test will begin 10:30 local (23:30 GMT). This cricket ground is one of the oldest and biggest cricket ground in Australia. This ground has richest record. 1. Melbourne Cricket Ground is called shortly MCG ground.

2. It was established in 1854.

3. It holds the record for the highest lighting tower at any sporting venue.

4. Australia team has played 87 Test matches since 2000 in this venue where they got win in 66 matches 75.86 winning percentage. They have lost only 10 Test matches and drawn 11.

5. India who could never beat Australia in a Test series in their home soil have played 81 test matches where they got win 31 for a winning percentage of 38.27. They have lost 22 and drawn 28 Tests.
